Product Development Manager for a Global Plant-Based Food Brand!

Are you a Manager with expertise in food product development and specialization in plant-based food products?

Join an internationally renowned organization that is dedicated to revolutionizing the plant-based food industry! Play a crucial role in striking the perfect balance between hands-on product development and strategically building the brand on a global scale.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the plant-based food movement, driving the company's vision to expand its brand worldwide. Your expertise will be essential as the organization grows and aims to keep up with the increasing demand for plant-based products.

As the head of a product development team spread across different countries, you will face various challenges, including changing customer preferences, competition, and emerging marketing trends. With your creativity and leadership you will steer the team towards innovative solutions.

Your responsibilities has two critical aspects: Firstly, you will be actively involved in the development of plant-based products, collaborating in labs & the pilot plant. Secondly, you will engage with global stakeholders, customers, and clients, shaping strategy and driving the innovation agenda.

Considering the company's presence in various regions like the US, EMEA, and Europe, the role requires travelling.

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in food product development specialized in plant-based;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills that enables you to interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and levels;
• Experience in the development of new dairy products;
• Flexibility, as the position involves frequent travel;
• Adaptability, as you will work in a fast-changing environment;
• Fluency in English;

You must live in The Netherlands or willing to relocate to this beautiful country! There is a relocation budget, however you need to find the house/apartment/studio yourself.

• Gross yearly salary of €120K, based on a full-time 40-hour workweek, depending on your qualifications and experience;
• 25% bonus;
• A permanent position with a two-month probationary period.
