HBO/University level
Has a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience, preferably within Anesthesia
People manager, with good record of motivational skills and team development
Excellent communication skills
Helicopter view
Result focused attitude
Enthusiastic, flexible self starter
Ambitious, drive for results
Good analytical skills
Net worker, bringing his own contacts in the Anesthesia market
Creative; both strategic and practical
English command in speech and writing

Analyses the market to identify needs, competitor activities and business opportunities
Translate market dynamics in product positioning
Prepares annual marketing plan and long range plan in cooperation with the BUD HIV/Hospital
Leads execution of campaigns, projects and materials to support the team members
Builds and maintains contacts with key opinion leaders and relevant organisations and groups
Shows leadership and gives direction to team members to achieve sales & market share goals
Motivates and challenge team members to achieve top performance
Responsible for performance excellence and individual development of team members
Proper administration and control of the promotional budgets
Responsible for forecasting process of sales as part of the so-called S&OP-process
Develops innovative & creative ideas to further develop and grow the business
Demonstrates commitment to proper quality and ethical business conduct standards
Maintains liaison with international colleagues Anesthesia
